Knot House was founded in Barrie, Ontario CA 

by 40 year old artist,  Cristina Salati.

​

Cristina grew up in Canada and is currently living in Barrie, Ontario

with her partner Robert and two fur babies, Stella and Lewis.

 

With a background in the design field for over 19 years,

she wanted to challenge herself to something new,

something she had never done before.

 

Cristina self taught herself the art of macramé in early 2020

and fell in love with the beauty of creating unique handmade pieces.
